Dear Friends and Family of La Quinta Middle School Students,

I am writing on the behalf of La Quinta Middle School’s Parent Club to ask for your help in supporting our students and staff. Due to recent budget cuts extra circulars and certain necessities such as Kleenex, paper, markers, etc..are dwindling.

We as Parent Club do our best to support La Quinta Middle in the form of fundraisers and donations. One such fundraiser is our silent auction & themed food night.  This annual event is held each November, to raise money to fund and preserve our school’s outstanding programs. Parent Club also provides support to a range of curriculum enrichment programs, such as book donations to La Quinta Middle School’s library, computer programs and educational assemblies and events.  We cannot do it alone. We are asking for your help!

If you would like to personally donate or know a business or organization that would like to do so please forward all donations to the address below by October 2012. Businesses and organizations that donate will be publicly recognized at our annual fundraiser. Thank you for your time. For those who donate thank you for investing in our children’s future.
