Welcome! We are excited that you are looking into playing a sport at Shadow Hills High School. In order to gain athletic clearance you must do the following. All four forms, and proof of purchase of an ASB card must be turned into the Athletic office before you may participate in a practice session for any sport at Shadow Hills High School.

The ASB card can be purchased in the activities office for $30, cash or check. The card allows you to be cleared for a sport and allows entrance to all home games (including varsity competitions) and significant discounts on all student store items, drama productions, and other school events.
