ALUMNI/GRADUATES!  Transcripts can now be ordered through Parchment Exchange!  You can visit www.parchment.com to register and order your transcripts to be mailed or sent electronically to any college or university that accepts electronic transcripts as “official”.  This will save you time and allow you to track the receipt of your transcript by the receiving school! All Graduates/Alumni must use this process for ordering transcripts.  

 

For Current/Active Students

We will complete the 2012-13 school year using our current transcript request process, however, at the beginning of the 2013-14 school year all transcripts will be processed through Parchment Exchange.  Your test scores (AP/SAT/ACT) will need to be requested from College Board.

If paying with a credit card you must register and pay at the PDHS Webstore for the transcript(s) BEFORE completing the On-Line Transcript Order form below.  Be sure to print out the confirmation number. ACTIVE STUDENS ONLY CAN USE THIS PROCESS.

Complete the form below.  There is a $1.00 per transcript charge (Official or unofficial).  Payment options:

1.  Visit the PDHS WebStore – complete the registration process and follow the transcript link. (Credit Cards only).

a. Enter the confirmation number in the Comments Section on

    the Transcript Order form.

b. Your transcript will be ready for pick up 3 business days after

  ordering or will be mailed to the College/University that you list

  in the Comments section.

2. Pay in person in the Counseling Office –Before school, during lunch or after school.  NOT DURING CLASS TIME

Please allow 3 school days for transcript processing.

If you are a 2013 senior and are ordering your final transcript you must prepay (webstore or counseling office) and you must indicate in the comments section of the order form that the transcript(s) are FINAL. Please provide the mailing address for the school(s) you wish to send these transcripts to.  You can also pick up your transcripts after July 1st in the Counseling office between 9am -1:30 pm.

Every effort will be made to ensure these final transcripts are mailed to the colleges/universities BEFORE July 1st.
