Step 1 : Log into HAC
Step 2 : Request username
Step 3: Check e-mail for username and password
Step 4: Return to the above website (in Step 1) & login using the information you received in your email.
Explanation of what you see when you Log into HAC - You will see 9 TABS: Daily Summary : the student's schedule for the day, the attendance reported for that day, weekly homework that has been assigned (depending on teacher, not all work will be listed), discipline record for the week. Posted Notes by teachers can appear here (look for post-it note icon)
Schedule: the student's schedule - as well as any Notes posted by the teacher (look for post-it note icon)
Attendance: shows detailed attendance for each month (you can scroll through the months)
Discipline: shows detailed discipline actions taken.
Classwork: a list each course and the assignments posted, when the assignments are due, the assignment description, the total possible points for the assignment and the score received. You can sort assignments by class and by due date.
Interim Progress : if an "In Danger of Failure Notice" has been sent, it will be posted here.
Report Cards: a record of the student's report card will be posted here.
Test Scores: shows a student's standardized test scores. (*Note: this does not show most recent test scores yet - issue is currently being resolved)
Registration: shows student "C-card" information. |
