
Deborah Myll joined the LQHS staff in the fall of 2001 and is the Business Department Chairperson. She brings an educational teaching experience which ranges from Business & Counseling at College of the Desert, to Elementary Education at Mecca and Gerald Ford, Middle School Math and Physical Education at Thomas Jefferson, Computer Studies at Palm Desert High and many staff development/grant classes for District Technology.
Her diversified background is well suited for her task of providing guidance in the Freshman Seminar class and a facilitator for the senior Leadership class while seniors offer peer assistance and tutoring to the freshman. Deborah is excited to, once again, be working with seniors using an online class called APEX, offered for the 1st time during regular school hours. The continuation of a Computer Exploration is also provided for students looking for basic computer knowledge and fun. Deborah's teaching strategies create a concept of computer viability for all her classes.

As of 11/2/2011 Deborah has added to her credentials a Private Pilot License!
Deborah has been teaching at the K-12 level for 26 years....she follows in her father's footsteps? Her dad, LES LARSON, retired after teaching Math for 50 years at Coachella Valley High/College of the Desert!
